It applies in two situations:
- Your tickets don't arrive before the game starts.
- Your tickets are rejected at the stadium entrance.
In either case, we work with the seller first to source replacement tickets at no extra cost. If replacements can't reach you in time, the guarantee kicks in automatically: you receive 100% of what you paid back, plus a 50% credit toward a future booking. That's 150% of what you spent.

Most soccer tickets are released by clubs only in the days before the game. As soon as your tickets are ready, they're sent to you with time to spare. We monitor every order from purchase to delivery and make sure the seller contacts you the moment your tickets are available.
The most common formats are:
- Mobile tickets — usually transferred 24–48 hours before the game, often via an official club or federation app you'll be guided to install. In some cases the seller will reach out on WhatsApp to send the tickets or arrange the handover. This is a normal part of the process for certain games.
- PDF tickets — usually emailed 24–48 hours before the event, ready to print at home or show on your phone.
- Physical (paper) tickets — dispatched 3–5 days before the game via secure courier with signature on delivery.
On rare occasions tickets are released right before the game. If that happens, we'll be in touch with exactly what to do.

- Up to 2 together — seats are paired (so 3 tickets could mean a pair + 1 separate).
- Up to 3 together — groups of up to 3 adjacent seats.
- Up to 4 together — groups of up to 4 adjacent seats.
- Single seats — seats are not necessarily next to each other.
- Connecting seats — paired, but may be diagonal, separated by an aisle, or with seats in between.

This is the best and most trusted website to get your tickets to any world event.
