Getting Your Tickets
Most football tickets are released by clubs only in the days before the match. As soon as your tickets are ready, they're sent to you with time to spare. We monitor every order from purchase to delivery and make sure the seller contacts you the moment your tickets are available.
The most common formats are:
- Mobile tickets — usually transferred 24–48 hours before the match, often via an official club or federation app you'll be guided to install. In some cases the seller will reach out on WhatsApp to send the tickets or arrange the handover. This is a normal part of the process for certain matches.
- PDF tickets — usually emailed 24–48 hours before the event, ready to print at home or show on your phone.
- Physical (paper) tickets — dispatched 3–5 days before the match via secure courier with signature on delivery.
On rare occasions tickets are released right before the match. If that happens, we'll be in touch with exactly what to do.
It depends on the format the seller is using:
- Mobile tickets — sent electronically, either via email link or transferred into a club or federation app you'll be told to install. For some matches, the seller will contact you directly on WhatsApp to send the tickets or coordinate the handover. This is a normal part of the process and nothing to be concerned about. Whichever channel applies, you'll receive specific instructions for your match.
- PDF tickets — sent by email, ready to print at home or show on your phone.
- Physical (paper) tickets — couriered to you securely by, for example, FedEx, DHL, UPS or a local courier service, with tracking.
You'll receive an email when your tickets are on their way, along with anything you need to do to receive or activate them. If you're travelling, we strongly recommend a hotel or local delivery address rather than your home address (physical tickets only, see below).
We monitor every order, so if there's a delivery issue we'll usually see it before you do, and we'll be in touch straight away. Our team works with the seller to get replacement tickets to you before kick-off.
If, despite that, the tickets can't reach you in time, the 150% Money Back Guarantee triggers automatically. You receive 100% of what you paid back, plus a credit worth 50% of your order towards a future booking. No claim form, no chasing. We initiate it from our side.
You'll get an email, and for some ticket types, a notification through the club or federation app you're using. Until then, no action is needed from you: ticket release timing is set by the club, not by us.
Yes, but only for physical (paper) tickets, which are couriered to the delivery address. Mobile and PDF tickets are sent electronically to the email or app linked to your booking, so a hotel address doesn't apply.
If your tickets are physical and you're travelling, we recommend using your hotel name and full address as the delivery address, ideally before tickets are dispatched. If you've already placed your order with your home address, contact us with your Order Reference Number and we'll update it. It's worth letting your hotel know to expect a delivery on your behalf.
Yes. For physical tickets sent by signed courier, anyone at the delivery address can sign and accept on your behalf, including hotel reception. Just make sure they know it's coming.
