Your Seats
Every listing clearly states which section the tickets are in (for example "Behind the Goal", "Longside", "Away Section", or "Visitors Section"). Listings default to the home team section unless they explicitly say otherwise.
You can also filter the listings on the match page by fan side (home or away) so you only see what's relevant to your group.
Important: if you're buying tickets allocated for home fans only, you're agreeing to behave as part of the home crowd. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there's evidence to suggest the buyer is an away-team supporter purchasing home-section tickets.
Neutral venues (cup finals, major international tournaments) are different. Sellers usually specify which end their tickets are in. If a listing doesn't say, assume seats could be at either end.
Yes, according to whatever the listing specifies. The listing tells you exactly how the seats are grouped:
- All seats together — every seat is in the same row, next to each other.
- Up to 2 together — seats are paired (so 3 tickets could mean a pair + 1 separate).
- Up to 3 together — groups of up to 3 adjacent seats.
- Up to 4 together — groups of up to 4 adjacent seats.
- Single seats — seats are not necessarily next to each other.
- Connecting seats — paired, but may be diagonal, separated by an aisle, or with seats in between.
If you have a specific seating requirement that isn't covered by the listing, contact our customer service team before booking. We'll help you find the right tickets.
Stadium allocations aren't always confirmed to sellers until close to kick-off, so most listings describe the area rather than the exact row and seat ("Behind the Goal", "Longside", "Away Section"). The price reflects the level of detail. More specific listings usually cost more.
A couple of things worth knowing:
- "Unrestricted view" means the view is not obstructed in a major way that would normally reduce the ticket price. Some stadiums (particularly older ones) have overhangs or pillars that may partially obstruct the view from any seat.
- Sellers reserve the right to upgrade seats if the original allocation becomes unavailable. Seats are never downgraded without your consent or an agreed discount.
Hierarchy of seats, worst to best: Shortside Upper Tier → Shortside Lower Tier → Longside Upper Tier → Longside Lower Tier → VIP / hospitality.
If you're unsure based on the listing, check the venue map or contact us. We'll talk you through it.
In practice, mismatches are very rare and most variations are minor (an exact row or seat number that differs within the section the listing described). Sellers can't downgrade seats without your consent or an agreed discount, and many "changes" are actually upgrades.
If you receive seats that fall outside what the listing described, contact us with the details from your ticket and we'll look into it with the seller. The terms of the listing you booked are the reference point. Anything within those terms is part of the normal listing description.
The available listings show the level of detail the seller can confirm at the time of booking. If you have a specific requirement (accessibility, a particular section, seats together in a specific way), contact our customer service team before booking. We can point you to the right listing.
